So you want to know what we're all about at Northtown? Well, maybe it's easier if we tell you what we're not all about. Hassles. Pressure. Making you feel rushed. We're not about inflatable gorillas. Shouting at cameras. Or gimmicky sales events that last for one day only. Nope. We're mostly about building honest relationships with hard-working people just like you. And it's an approach that's been successful for more than 40 years.

What started out as a single Toyota dealership has grown to include 14 separate franchises including Toyota, Mazda, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Lexus, Subaru, Hyundai, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Kia, Scion, Volvo and Porsche. (Whew!) You'll find all of our brands showcased at eight state-of-the-art facilities in the Amherst-Tonawanda area?just a short drive from almost everywhere in Western New York.
 
What started as a passion for the Schreiber family has grown into a flourishing, energetic workplace for a family of more than 500 employees. While we strive to give our customers more attention, more options and more value, we're guided by one simple rule?The Golden Rule. At Northtown, we treat others as we want to be treated. And people seem to like it.

We've received numerous customer satisfaction accolades including the Elite of Lexus, Chrysler 5 Star Certification and Time Magazine's Quality Dealer Awards. But perhaps our biggest accomplishments come from playing an active roll in our community where we support vital endeavors such as the Kaleida Health Foundation, Mel Ott Little League and Children's Hospital of Buffalo Foundation, to name a few.
